This machine is specially built for slitting aluminum foil. Generally the jumbo roll of aluminum foil produced by the aluminum rolling facotry is quite wide. It needs to be slit to a narrower width roll or sometimes smaller diameter even to make it can be used for next step process, for example cell foil, baking foil and etc. This bare aluminum foil slitting machine is the one works for this application.
1. Double winding shafts, central driven surface winding;
2. Two winding shafts are driven by two Siemens ac motor independently, can wind different diameter rolls on two shafts at the same time
3. PLC control, HMI display; automatic tension control; automatic stop at planned length or planned slit roll diameter
4. Unwinding roll does not get loose when machine stop emergently
