This aluminum foil slitting machine can slit the large coil of aluminum foil produced by the aluminum rolling mills to final request size of small rolls in one step, which saves the procedure of second time slitting. It is composed of material preparing stand, material feeding trolley, uncoiling machine stand and clamping mechanism, feeding rack, optional corona machine and pinhole detection (optional), main slitting machine and etc.
1. The control of all parts of the machine is independent and unified, and the speed control and tension control are organically combined.
2. The two rubber rollers are controlled by two independent synchronous servo motors. Even if the diameters of the two rubber rollers are different, they can also be slitting or rewinding normally.
3. The system can automatically measure the diameter of the rubber rollers, and then automatically make the speed of each rubber roller to match the principal roller speed.
4. Motor and drive: All the motors and drives of this machine adopt Yaskawa synchronous servo motor and drive from Japan.
5. The control system is German Siemens PLC, the button switch is French Schneider brand, and the bearings are NTN or NSK brand.
6. Pneumatic components are Japan SMC or Taiwan AirTAC.
